The months of sleeping on a freezing cold, constantly deflating air-bed are over as I have recently moved into a new HQ. Now the place needs a bit of character and I am writing seeking house warming gifts from kind and loving people. I am seeking bones, anything depicting the Royal Family, union flags, fake flowers or anything you deem interesting. Anyone sending a gift will be sent something in return including things like free zines, doodles, tangerines with faces drawn on them etc.
If you are interested in sending something, please send an email to with the subject title 'HQ' and I shall reply with the address.

Firm handshake.

I thought I would take a brief break from day dreaming out of the cafe window, exploit the free wifi and speak of all my recent happenings as it has been far to long. It has been such a chaotic time recently. In amongst it I have:
Met David Hockney (I was a stuttering mess),
Met David Shrigley,
Had coffee with Mike Redmond,
Read books,
Danced with Philip Grisewood,
Started learning to play the ukulele,
Bumped into Nic and Will from Nous Vous at End of the Road festival,
Marveled at the wonders of David Thomas Broughton,
and made a lot of pesto.
In more relevant news, I have recently received a copy of the Big Book of Contemporary Illustration to which I have contributed some Skinhead portraits, and my Disco piece. I have just added them to my site and the book can be purchased online.
I am still working on some projects that I will talk more about shortly.

Craig Atkinson linked me to this blog that have posted on the topic of his prolific Cafe Royal, which includs images of my Welcome to Prison zine. See the link below. Still a few copies left by the way. Plug smug pug.

Nic Burrows recently informed me of our window display for the joint exhibition we did last year being visible on Google Earth's view of the Old Shoreditch Station. Thanks Google.
